2. Lin will send you a QR code: scan with your phone to connect with Lin on our WhatsApp.
3. Whenever you have an inquiry, send it on WhatsApp & Lin will respond to coordinate the soonest connection time.
4. Lin calls you; we address what you need, hang up when you're done,
5. Lin tracks any remaining time and your remaining minutes are there for next time.
6. Refill when you're out!
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH TIME I HAVE LEFT?
1. All of your call times will be listed in WhatsApp
2. Lin tracks remaining minutes in Excel. Just ping Lin for remaining minutes if you're not sure.
HOW FAST DO I GET HELP?
Lin connects with On Tap inquiries as soon as possible but in max of 72 hours. We will coordinate on WhatsApp when your need arises.
